At HomeFying, we offer returns on eligible products that are unused, in original condition, and requested within 3 Days of delivery. Refunds are processed after inspection and will be completed within 7 Days, credited back to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders. Exchanges are available for size issues, defects, or wrong items received, subject to stock availability. In case of damaged or defective products, customers must contact us within 3 Days with clear proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
